Bulldogs to honor seniors on Sunday

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University men's tennis team will honor its senior class this weekend as it hosts the Bryant Invitational.

Time: 11 a.m. both days

A bit about the Bulldogs

  • The Bulldogs have not competed since Oct. 14 against Bentley.
  • Bryant defeated the Falcons, 6-1.
  • Senior Matt Kuhar (Smithfield, R.I.) has put together a strong fall, advancing to the quarterfinal round of the Oracle ITA Masters and the round of 32 at the ITA Northeast Regionals.
  • Bryant's freshmen class is currently 6-1 in singles matches this fall.

Bryant's final fall competition will be next week when it travels to Providence for the Brown Invitational. The Bulldogs will then have two months off before opening the spring semester on Jan. 11 in Oklahoma.
