Men's tennis welcomes Class of 2023

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Bryant University men's tennis head coach Ron Gendron is pleased to welcome the five-member Class of 2023 to campus this fall. 

Teague Burger – Steamboat Springs, Colo. | Steamboat Springs

Before Bryant
Burger played four seasons of tennis at Steamboat Springs … Advanced to the state tournament in 2015 … Three-star recruit … Ranked No. 2 in Colorado coming out of high school.

The son of Charles and Darby Dale-Burger … Has three brothers and two sisters.

Nick Lorenz – Colorado Springs, Colo. | Discovery Canyon Campus

Before Bryant
Lorenz played four seasons of varsity tennis at Discovery Canyon Campus High School … Ranked in top 50 nationally in junior boys tennis in 2014 … Two-time Gazette Preps Peak Performer of the Year … Four-time PPAC All-Conference selection … Ranked No. 1 singles in Colorado in 2017.

Trevor Schwarzmann – Dartmouth, Mass. | Dartmouth

Schwarzmann played four seasons of varsity tennis at Dartmouth High School … Set the school record for most victories in Dartmouth tennis history … South Coast Tennis Player of the Year, South Sectional semifinalist, Boston Globe All-Scholastic and Dartmouth Most Outstanding Student-Athlete in 2019 … Four-time South Coast Tennis Player of the Year and Boston Globe All-Scholastic … National Honor Society member.
