  • Kuhar named NEC Scholar-Athlete; 104 earn Honor Roll nods

    SOMERSET, N.J. – Bryant University student-athletes finished the 2017-18 academic year strong, with 104 Bulldogs earning Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll accolades, highlighted by men’s tennis’ Matt Kuhar (Smithfield, R.I.) who was named the sport’s Spring Scholar-Athlete. 26 student-athletes were named to the Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
  • Switzer announces two new hires to coaching staff

    SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University cross country and track and field head coach Mitchell Switzer has announced two new hires to his Bulldogs staff for the 2018-19 season. Brian Fuller will be the Black and Gold’s new Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field coach, while Michael Hulme will be the new Assistant Track and Field coach.

SAC Relays at El Camino College.

Bryant athletes also competed at the SCSU Northeast Combined Events Challenge, held at Southern Connecticut State in New Haven, Conn.

The meet is set to begin at noon with throws, while the first event on the track, the 10,000-meter run, will start up at 12:10 p.m.

The team was also in full action at the Wesleyan Invitational in Middletown, Connecticut.
