    FAIRFIELD, CONN. – Bryant University women’s swimmer Jillian Rice (Trumbull, Conn.) will be named the Trumbull Sports Person of the Year by the Fairfield Sports Commission at its 14th annual Sports Night awards dinner, held on October 15.

The Bulldogs have claimed 289 points in the two nights of competition, putting them nine points ahead of Wagner in the race for a conference championship.
